In a little shack directly south of BYU's campus, J Dawgs serves their ever-popular crisscross-cut hotdogs. These steaming beauties come with all the condiments and toppings you can conceive, but Jayson Edward, founder of J Dawgs, is famous for his secret, sweet barbecue sauce recipe.

In fact, what started out as an entrepreneurial endeavor by a BYU student became a six-figure grossing business that draws over 60 customers per hour, rain or shine. The BYU student and faculty crowd are among the loyal clientele, but plenty of newbies are in the mix every day, too.

When it comes to J Dawgs, word spreads fast.
