This is the last call for cheese recipes—and your chance to win big in the Cache Valley Cheese recipe contest. All entries must be in by June 30. So come on and get cheesy.

Just to get you jump-started, here are a few ideas:

A cheeseburger, but instead of the bun use two grilled cheese sandwiches around the patty. (An idea totally ripped off from Britton's in Sandy. But imagine it with a blue cheese burger. Or a goat cheese burger with pesto.)

Jazz up the traditional squash and cheese casserole by adding green chilies, jalapenos and cilantro and using crushed tostados instead of crackers on the top.

Serve a cheese sauce with a baked apple or pear. Or bake a cored apple, and...
