Dining at Forage is a one-of-a-kind experience. The minimalist décor provides a subtle setting for original, superlative food and service. Choose three courses for $39—like: seared scallop on chorizo corn cream; poulet rouge with potato confit and mushroom ragu; brown butter poached apricot with caramelized white chocolate, apricot sorbet and cocoa nibs—each dish perfectly presented like a painting on a plate.
