3 oz. extra virgin olive oil 1 oz. white balsamic vinegar ½ oz. fresh wasabi paste Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste Mix together and set aside.
4 cups of mixed greens, rinsed and spun dry 2 oz. soft, fresh goat cheese (We recommend local Shepherds feta found at Liberty Heights Fresh market) 8 oz. honey (We recommend local Slide Ridge Premium Honey found at Caputo's) 2 oz. roasted walnut halves Fresh seasonal fruit for the summer we recommend the following: 4 oz. blueberries 8 strawberries 1 Asian pear, cut in 1 inch cubes ¼ pineapple, cut in 1 inch cubes ½ papaya, cut in 1 inch cubes
Toss the mixed greens with wasabi vinaigrette and place on one side of plate. Place fruit on the side of the greens. Drizzle honey over the fruit. Top with walnuts and goat cheese.
