Sundance buzz thus far has been all about corporate sponsorship (ergo $s) returning to the Wasatch Back. Indeed, Microsoft/Bing, Honda, K-Swiss, Ralph Lauren and Burton are already committed to occupying the conspicuous blank Main Street storefronts of '10's fest.

Seems the stars are aligned for the stars to return as well; as the fest trends towards actor-turned-auteur (Vera Farminga and Michael Rapaport generating lots of buzz behind the lens) ...Sundance '11 may finally get its halcyon late-'90s groove back.

Speaking of the mid-'90s, this year's biggest buzz may belong to mother of five, erstwhile child actress/Fugee and the woman whose last (and only) major release was more than a decade ago, Ms. Lauryn Hill.

Yep. Militant, reclusive and quotable legend in PC: Lauryn Hill Harry O's Wednesday, Jan. 26.

With baby daddy Rohan Marley and their five kiddos in tow, LH is playing her third live show since her '01 MTV Unplugged set (The other two: Aug. 28, 2010 out of 'retirement' at the Rock the Bells Hip Hop fest in Brooklyn joining Mary J. Blige, Beyonc, Alicia Keys, Swizz Beatz, Chris Rock, John Legend and Jay-Z, and Nov. 5, headlining University of Miami's annual Homecoming concert (husband Rohan is an ex 'Cane linebacker).

So, bascially Harry O's = LH's first solo gig since about the time Miseducation was battling Shania Twain's Come on Over ...if there are no blowups/cancellations, maybe she'll return to her halcyon days in time w/the fest.

Tix here ($75 face).
