Bye-bye, bain marie Well, it's really in Bountiful, but isn't that just way-north Salt Lake City? The charm of this old Arts & Crafts house, which has not been ruined by over-restoration, is a big part of the Sego Lily appeal, but we all know good looks only last so long. There has to be substance, too. We find it on the plate at Sego's weekend brunch: housemade sausage, cashew-crusted French toast, fresh-squeezed juice, all made to order and graciously served at the table.
