Rolling the Asian tacos This year's winner for this category is so obvious we almost missed it. SuAn Chow's food truck has brought Salt Lake City into the ranks of the trendsetting cities, and we'd put her Asian tacos up against any dish from a truck in New York or L.A. It's never easy to be the groundbreaker, and Ms. Chow has had her share of headaches and hurdles getting her show on the road, but the amazing quality of the food has never faltered. And neither has she. We can only hope that more traveling food is following behind her.
