We're sending photographers to three events this week for People Pix. And since they're all at different times, you can go to each one and pretty much guarantee your spot in our print People pages. All three will be used for online galleries.

6th Annual Park City Cocktail Contest

For the past couple weeks, we've had the 2011 Park City Area Restaurant Association Cocktail Contest splash image on our home page, hoping to psych you up for libations and snacks at Edgar's Beers and Spirits Lounge.

If the above paragraph, splash image and the fact it's $10 admission don't have you hooked, you should know we're also shooting the event.

Salt Lake magazine photographer, Francie Aufdemorte will be snapping photos for our People pages and an online photo gallery. So, wear something nice and smile for her camera.

Sexual Assault Awareness Month Bike Ride Fundraiser

Elliott Fraughton, who shot all those lovely pink-haired ladies in our Forever Pink Prom gallery, will be at the Rape Recovery Center on Saturday morning for a charity bike ride and brunch.

Sounds for Hope

Last year, we had a ton of hits on Francie's Sounds For Hope concert gallery, so we're sending her again this year. SLC's Kelly Parkinson, Jed Moss and the Gifted Music School will be part of the line-up, raising money for the Salt Lake County Children's Justice Center.
