Highlights will include four new releases: Rio's Rompin' Rye Ale with Honey Braised Pork Cheeks, oat cake corriander and cocoa nibs, Mid Mountain Ale (considered classic "blue collar" beer) with Fried Mac 'n' Cheese, Straight Up Saison with Liquefied Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Barley Wine with Olli Pancetta & Organic Figs, and for dessert, Brainless on Cherries with Cherry Cheese Cake Pi-pets.

July 30th High West Whiskey and BBQ: Get up in our Grill There is no better way to enjoy your Saturday night than with Utah's own High West Whiskey and Metropolitan BBQ! Chef Justin will fire up the grill and pair his favorite barbeque recipes with four of High West's distillations. Try their Silver, Double Rye, Rendezvous Rye and Rocky Mountain 16yr Rye.

Food will include Watermelon Salad with Cinnamon Basil, Toasted Sunflower Seeds, and Saba. Also, Grilled Corn Risotto with Micro Cilantro.
