Utah State University Cooperative Extension keeps us up to date on their newest gardening, foodie, financial and even relationship classes. And they just sent us info on their tastiest courses yet.

Learn the health benefits of popcorn at "Powerful Popcorn: Nutritious and Delicious!" at the Utah State Fair. Samples will be provided, of course.

Monday, Sept. 12 from 5 to 6 p.m. and Wednesday, Sept. 14 from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Zion's Building at the State Fairgrounds. The class is free with fair admission.
