If you’re one of the dedicated elite, with Alta’s snow totals in your computer’s dashboard, or you’re simply one of thousands of Utahns that enjoy one of the most breathtaking locales in the Wasatch, then book your flight now and join Friends of Alta at their fundraising social Friday, Nov. 11 to help preserve Alta's natural beauty.

Friends of Alta is a nonprofit land trust designed to protect Alta’s open space, natural character and unique ambience. Their November social, held in New York City, unites Alta’s extensive East Coast support base with other members of the Alta community and is a major part of their fundraising efforts.

The three-course fundraiser dinner takes place at Rouge Tomate (10 E. 60th Street, NYC) and will begin at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails. Tickets are $300 per person and can be purchased at friendsofalta.org/support/nysocial.

The program will consist of a slide show by NY and Alta photographers, a silent auction, and presentations by Friends of Alta’s President and Executive Director. In addition to the scheduled entertainment, the evening also promises ample opportunities to mingle with friends that share your passion for protecting Alta’s unspoiled splendor.
