There's a lot of fun things to do with the little ones this weekend, from star gazing to cat shows—the options are many. We picked our favorite ways to get the kids out of the house and into the world this weekend.
Star Gazing at Thanksgiving Point
You can go see the stars in the sky Friday night at the Star Gazing Party at Thanksgiving Point, thanks to Clark Planetarium educators, who will guide you through the night's sky.

Spooky Saturday at Thanksgiving Point
Saturday's are spooky at Thanksgiving Point around Halloween. Spooky Saturdays: Spooktacular allows your kids to meet Thanksgiving Point's own form of monsters, dinosaurs! Bring the kids, and introduce them to their favorite pre-historic heroes!

Championship and Household Pet Cat Show
Do your kids like cats? Come see cats of every breed and color at the Second Annual Championship and Household Pet Cat Show. There will be both a cat costume and cage decorating contest, raffle, games and more!

Bring your kids to see the wonderful art of Dottie and Chris Miles. Their wonderfully creative paintings with vivid colors will capture the imaginations and attention of your little ones. Who knows, maybe you have a couple Leonardo Divincis in your own home and this could be the gallery that gets them into art!
