Chef Gavin Baker is working on a dining project unlike any other in Utah. From his grandmother's cooking in North Carolina to his stint at Heston Blumenthal's The Fat Duck, often called one of the best restaurants in the world, to kitchens all over Asia and the USA, he's been gathering ideas about restaurants and cooking.
And with some help from award-winning local chefs, Baker's launching Mist:Salt Lake, a guerilla-style restaurant open for a limited time in Salt Lake City.
