A lot of people associate fashion with New York, Milan or Paris, but everywhere you go in Salt Lake, you find cool people - especially as we gear up for summertime and get excited to walk the streets and enjoy the heat.

With affordable fashion stores in Utah, along with the growth of local clothing boutiques, Utahns are thinking differently about fashion. Now we can dress ourselves in style without spending too much, and that gives us freedom to experiment with new trends. Affordability and high fashion are finally walking hand-in-hand on Salt Lake City's streets.

Utahns are getting inspired to dress in bright, playful and young clothes, and at this time of year a lot of prints, flowers and neons are part of fashionista's choices.

You don't need to flip through a fashion magazine to get updated with what's on trend right now. These girls at The Gateway are teaching us a lesson on how to mix and match, and stay beautiful this summer.
