Tonight is the first in a six-week series featuring great SLC chefs and menus based on food from the Tuesday Harvest Market.

Award-winning chef Jerry Liedtke from Salt Lake's favorite alternative fine dining spot, Tin Angel, has written a menu and recipes to highlight great seasonal, locally grown food from the Downtown Farmers Market.

Here's the menu Chef Liedtke has dreamed up, using seasonal produce available at the Farmers Market. You can download it, or pick up a copy tonight at the Market.

Chef will be there from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM to answer any questions you have and offer tips about about prepping his recipes.

And probably make you laugh, too, because that's the kind of guy he is. Here's what we said about Tin Angel in 2010 when we gave it our Best Neighborhood Restaurant award at our annual Dining Awards:
