Throughout October, Oasis has been holding a little dine-o-round of its own, celebrating the flavors of fall. For $25, you get three courses:
The menu starting today, October 15 through 21:
Herb Roasted Chicken Breast over Soft Polenta with Swiss Chard and Pineapple Salsa and Bread Pudding
October 22 through 31:
Blackened Salmon over Sweet Corn Risotto and Pumpkin Spice Pie
Oasis Cafe is at 151 S. 500 East; call 801-322-0404.
And on Monday, October 29, Franck's is hosting a full on fall blowout, a four course dinner for $95, with wines selected by wine director Daniel Culbertson. I am psyched about this one: I love cassoulet and Tokaj.
