When most people are out in the retail world searching for that perfect gift, Faustina's executive chef, Billy Sotelo is planning decadent meals for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
On Christmas Eve, Faustina will be open for lunch, then open for dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The normal winter menu will be served that night, alongside Chef Sotelo's "Christmas Lobster" special, which is a decadent lobster linguini with asparagus, finished with a Cognac cream sauce and served with Bourbon and honey gelato.
As if that wasn't enough, Chef Sotelo has also prepared a New Year's Eve feast to help you stick to that weight loss resolution, after this meal, of course. A spectacular four course feast will be served from 4–11 p.m. that includes tuna tartare, arugula beet salad, tenderloin entree and chocolate lava cake as well as pancetta-wrapped rabbit and Sun Choke soup for just a hint of what the excutive Chef has prepared.
