The closing weekend for the Sundance Film Festival is almost as wild as the opening, so if you're looking for something to do with the kids this weekend, it's best to avoid the craziness in Park City.
We recommend checking out Salt Lake Symphony.
The symphony is holding a family concert at Libby Gardner Hall on Saturday afternoon called "Mechanized Musical Magic: Getting from Here to There." It's a short concert that touches on modes of transportation. Whether you took a car, bike or space ship to the concert, you'll relate. It's Jan. 26 at 2 p.m. Libby Gardner Hall is located at 1375 E. Presidents Circle, SLC.
The concert is $10 for adults and $3 for students, seniors and kids. Tickets are available by calling 801-792-1313 or with cash, card or check at the door.
