The celebration starts today at the Mandarin in Bountiul, where they ring in the Chinese New Yearyear for two weeks, with two Lion Dance performances–at 6:00 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday February 12 and Wednesday, February 20. The 8-person troupe winds its way through the restaurant eating lettuce and blessing the kitchen. Wear red for good luck!
