The newest brewery in Utah is celebrating its grand opening Friday, April 26, from 4 p.m. to midnight. This brand new, locally-owned, brewery is called, Bonneville Brewery and is located at 1641 N. Main Street, Tooele.
"This grand opening is an opportunity for us to celebrate our new restaurant with the public, as well as the expansion of Utah's small, close-knit brewing community," said Brad Shepherd, owner of Bonneville Brewery.
With friendly chefs working hard behind the scenes to bring you some of the best modern American cuisine, this place is sure to offer you a fun and unique dining experience to all who visit. In fact, Joe Davis, the executive chef, has more than 20 years of global cooking experience. On his menu you'll find genuine food gems, like macaroni cheese balls, in-house smoked chicken wings and a house-cured pastrami burger (is your mouth watering, yet?).
While visiting Bonneville Brewery, you'll find a completely remodeled building that was once owned by the bar Tracks. This location now offers two large patios, a bar made entirely of recycled glass bottles and several large-screen TVs. The facility's two-level design provides a family-friendly environment downstairs with excellent dining-style features, and an upstairs bar area that has been designated for guests 21 and older.
Currently, Bonneville Brewery is producing eight solid interpretations of classic beer styles, with plans to have four additional craft-brewed beers by summer time. Here, you will find flavors ranging from light and hoppy, to dark and malty. Specialty drinks, which can be made with or without alcohol, are also an option to quench your thirst.
This new member of Utah's brewing family will surely be a treat for family, and friends, alike. And one last thing; when you go be sure to try the homemade root beer and cream sodas.
