Hale Centre Theatre is one of the most kid (and adult)-friendly theaters in the state, with lineups including old favorites from both Disney and Broadway. Here's what's on deck in 2014 at the theater near the Maverik Center.
The Foreigner, Dec. 31–Feb. 1
A fish-out-of-water comedy about a foreigner who ends up in a remote lodge and can't seem to speak the language.

Mortimer Brewster is having second thoughts about getting married, as he has to deal with his two beloved aunts who are actually homicidal maniacs and their brother who thinks he's Teddy Roosevelt.

Based on the classic Disney film, this is the time-honored tale of one of the most famous nannies of all time.
She Loves Me—Aug. 19–Sept. 27
Amalia and Georg are two feuding clerks at a European parfumerie during the 1930s who are unknowingly anonymous pen pals with one another.
Catch Me If You Can—Oct. 8–Nov. 29
Frank runs away from home to find a way to be everything he ever wanted to be—a pilot, a doctor and a lawyer. But Frank's lies also put FBI agent Carl Hanratty on his tail.
A Christmas Carol—Dec. 6–23
Hale Centre Theatre is known for its annual production following crabby old Ebenezer Scrooge who is humbled when Marley's Ghost reminds him that "mankind should be his business." The 2014 show will mark 30 years of A Christmas Carol at HCT.
