Utah artist Philip Barlow, whose work has been showne in New Mexico, California and Utah, is part of on-going exhibit at Phillips Gallery.
Barlow received his art training at the University of Utah, where his mentors included George Dibble, Alvin Gittens and Leconte Stewart, making him a link back to what is often called the "golden age" of the  Art Department.
