This weekend's weather looks good, and we're looking forward to a play in the park.
But it's more than just that—this play will feature a live orchestra and it has been a childhood favorite for generations: Peter Pan. The musical stars Jocelyn Hansen as Peter, and it's directed by Stephen Kerr and Robyn Bishop. And it's all made possible by the Herriman Arts Council.
You'll see the characters fly across the stage, away from a nursery to Neverland, along with a classic battle with the evil Captain Hook and his crew of villainous pirates. And don't forget Tinkerbell.
Shows are July 12–22 (no show on July 21) at 7:30 p.m. at W&M Butterfield Park. Tickets are $9 for adults and $6 for children.
