Winter is upon us, which means kids will likely find more activities indoors than out.
So make sure you take your fifth or sixth grader on the mountain this season with Ski Utah's passport, allowing them to explore all 14 Utah resorts. The passport allows for fifth graders to ski or ride three times at each resort, while sixth graders can enjoy one day at each.
Apply for the passport online. Parents are encouraged to file applications early to get the most use of the program. There is a $30 processing fee.
“Participating in skiing and snowboarding keeps students active and happy during the cold winter months,” says Raelene Davis, Marketing Director for Ski Utah. “The Passport is the most affordable way for students to get introduced to this incredible lifetime sport.”
Parents, if you are looking for a more cost-effective way to ski with your fifth and sixth grade students, take advantage of the Ski Utah Yeti Pass, good for one day of skiing at every Utah resort for $599. A very limited number of Yeti passes are available, so check out the details here.
