The Tumbleweeds Film Festival isn’t quite done yet.

Utah Film Center’s annual children’s film fest is still rolling with its Best of Fest film, which will screen at venues across the state.

During the film festival, held March 14–16, audiences rated the films and Robert Durrant's Felix came out on top.

The film follows a 14-year-old student on scholarship to a prestigious private school who dreams of becoming a great saxophonist, but has to overcome his schoolyard bullies and his family’s past to achieve his dream.
