It's a match made in heaven—on the moon, specifically, since the moon is made of cheese. Certified Cheese Professional Andy Fitzgerrell (our cover cheesemonger, remember? ) has left Whole Foods Sugarhouse to join up with King Cheese himself, Matt Caputo. Andy will be in charge of the lively store on 15th & 15th.

It's a kind of homecoming; Andy used to work at Caputo's downtown.

In celebration of his return to the fold, Andy will be presenting a new cheese flights program to the menu at Caputo's on 15th.

Served on locally crafted wood cheese boards by Heritage Workshop, each flight is comprised of three types of cheeses selected by Fitzgerrell and Caputo to create a crescendo in flavor and intensity, from soft and subtle to intense and complex.

Each Cheese Flight comes with a suggested red wine, white wine and/or beer pairing, recommended to enhance the flavors of the cheeses and the libations, as well as to bring out tertiary flavors. (That's cheese talk for the
