Over-the-top burgers are all the rage–read all about this beefy trend in the latest issue of Salt Lake magazine. Like the famous Pago Burger:

We've always been famous/notorious for our pastrami-topped burgers, but these days you'll find everything from foie gras to grilled fruit between the buns—I like to top mine with fried onion rings and, duh, bacon. And yes, I put ketchup on my burger. Wanna make something of it?
