Whole Foods Market will open its fifth store in Utah on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 10 a.m. with a literal bread breaking (featuring an 8-foot challah bread) and opening ceremony to award The Loveland Living Planet Aquarium with a donation to help support the organization’s mission. Whole Foods Market South Valley is at 11479 S. State Street in Draper, Draper.

The store will feature aisles of fresh local and organic produce, a full-service bakery with organic baguettes baked fresh twice daily, a giant cookie bar, rotisserie chicken, hand-cut meats and seafood cut to order in house, fresh sushi and a variety of fast casual food venues for grab-and-go meals, including a sandwich station, a hot bar, soup bar, salad bar, coffee, juice and smoothie bar, fresh-rolled sushi, hand-tossed pizza, a full service floral department AND Whole Foods' first in-house creamery in the U.S. Dedicated to fresh, premium ingredients, Scoop Creamery uses an organic base from Straus Family Creamery for its 30 plus flavors of homemade ice cream, ice cream sandwiches and sorbets, imany featuring local ingredients.
