Salt Lake Culinary Center will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening celebrating their new BlueStar professional kitchen. The celebration will include cooking demonstrations, appetizers, drinks, desserts and more. The new BlueStar kitchen features a 36-range top and cook top, as well as two electric French-door wall ovens with built-in pizza stones. Reservations are not required, but are preferred. Admissions are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Fifty percent of proceeds will be donated to Local First.
