Grab dinner before fireworks from 4-8 p.m. at Faustina. Try their newly styled small plates menu for up to $12, which includes bacon wrapped dates with almond, sweet soy and balsamic drizzle and goat cheese, filet two ways (Oscar and au poivre), and a selective beet carpaccio with Gorgonzola.

Open from 8 a.m.–10 p.m., Ruth’s is a perfect stop for any meal. The diner food in a low key-setting is served on a patio. For breakfast, 3 egg omelets, breakfast burrito, or huevos rancheros will satisfy the hungry. For lighter options, try the cinnamon roll french toast or buttermilk pancakes. 

Caffe Niche, 779 E. 300 South, SLC

Grab brunch before joining the parade, and enjoy all your classics, such as the breakfast sandwich, classic breakfast plate or daily quiche, or add a little flair with huevos rancheros, bread pudding french toast, wild organic mushroom scramble, or kobe corned beef hash.
