Win 2 Tix to See The Rockettes in SLC

Let's take a time-machine back to August: the temperature was in the triple digit realm, Utah drivers were not fending snow like they'd never seen it before, ugg boots were replaced by flip-flops and the Radio City Rockettes were kicking up their heels at the Gateway. Just in Time for Thanksgiving: The Power of Gratitude

Thanksgiving. Yep, the time of gratitude and thanks. I'm thankful for the snow and even more thankful for my snow tires, but I'm not thankful for the looming 18-degree high on Thursday. Mother nature, you do not get any turkey-day gratitude for this one. If your one of the lucky ones escaping to the southern part of the state (although, your 38-degree high isn't much better...) make room in your schedule for a little extra gratitude. The Red Mountain Spa is offering a four-night lecture series focusing on the power of gratitude and how it can be used for positive outcomes in life, work and at home, just in time for Thanksgiving. The lectures will be given by sociologist Bertice Berry, a best selling non-fiction and fiction author. Berry has even made appearance on The Oprah Winfrey show and Late Night with Jay Leno. The lectures take place at Red Mountain Spa's Snow Canyon Room from 8:00-8:45, Monday, Nov 22. -Thursday, Nov. 25. Read More
