Take to the boulders, but make sure you’re throwing this outdoor playland a little love and follow these Earth-friendly tips.

1. Stay on designated roads.
Driving cross-country can cause serious damage to vegetation and leave unsightly tracks.

2. Don’t litter.
Whatever you take into an area, bring it out with you. This includes camp fire ashes.

3. Be considerate.
Slow down when passing and avoid leaving a dust trail when passing cyclists and campgrounds. Leave gates as you found them, and don’t trespass.

4. When using a tree or rock as an anchor, use a wide strap to avoid damage.
