By 8 o'clock last night, the line had begun to form. Temperatures were already threatening to drop below freezing, and these folks came prepared with gloves, knit hats, face masks, sleeping bags, hot cocoa and coffee--you name it--all to be some of the first shoppers in the state's first-ever H&M when the doors open today at noon.
