Celeb For A Day at Sundance 2011

I feel like Cinderella after the ball. Except this Cindy is tired and extremely happy that not only has the ball ended for the night, it won't be spinning as crazy for another year. The day began with a stop at the TMG/IT Brands Luxury Lounge and Spa. The mindset was more of a courtesy call than pursuing a swagfest as the location was located in a home outside of Deer Valley's Silver Lake Village and I had never heard of the brands representing. One Million To The Utah Food Bank??

Help raise cash for the Utah Food Bank but act fast! Walmart has $1 million to hand out to the neediest city and right now we're number two behind Fresno, Calif. The contest hit the streets in May with a decry by Walmart and the Walmart Foundation to spread $2 billion in cash and in-kind treats to help end hunger by 2015. It all ends December 31. Read More

House Gallery: A Work of Art

Ever looked around your house and thought , 'I could start a gallery with all this art?' Artists and collectors, alike, often share the dream of starting their own piece of  art. Local artist, Julie Dunker, did just that. Three years ago she started the aptly named 'House Gallery' in her basement. The gallery has quickly expanded beyond its small perimeters into an independent entity in downtown Salt Lake near the Green Pig Pub. Read More
