Luna Blanca Taqueria

Restauranteur Mikel Trapp, founder of Cafe Trio and Fresco Italian Cafe, launched his restaurant Luna Blanca Taqueria with a soft opening, June 13–15. Guests were invited to sample the food by Chef Jen West, including fish tacos, tacos al pastor, quesadillas, burritos, and kid's meals, on the house. The bar was also open, serving drinks in mason jars. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, set near the Cottonwood Canyons, and prides itself on a distinctive tequila selection.
