James "Superharp" Cotton played for Roy and Anne Morgan Jespersen and about 130 close friends at the couple's home in Federal Heights on Oct. 13. Cotton commissioned Anne Morgan Jespersen, a local artist, to paint his portrait, which will be on display at Art Access in March. Cotton and his five-piece band honored the artist and celebrated his new album, Giant, at the intimate performance.
