A Zinful Day of Single Tracks
Photos by Scott Cullins
During the Park City Food & Wine Classic, St. Regis Deer Valley executive chef Chip McMullin hosted about 30 food, wine and biking enthusiasts, on July 13, for mountain biking through Park City and Deer Valley's single-track terrain and lunch at J&G Grill. The ride was broken into two segments, one for experts on Bald Mountain and another for intermediate riders from Silver Lake. David Phillips, co-owner and president of Michael David Winery and winemaker of Seven Deadly Zins, complimented McMullin’s lunch with wine selections. The Park City Food & Wine Classic also included many other events, celebrating food and wine throughout Park City from July 10–14.
