RRC Bike Ride Fundraiser

Bicyclists braved the rainy weather to support the Rape Recovery Center at the Sexual Assault Awareness Month Bike Ride Fundraiser April 9. Exclusive Rape Recovery Center bike jerseys were created for the event and available to purchase for the 22-mile ride. Afterward, the center provided brunch to all riders and donors who chose not to get their spokes wet. The Rape Recovery Center has a 24/7 crisis line staffed by volunteers and works to bring sexual violence out of the shadows, and relies heavily on community support.
