Taste Utah's innovative culinary landscape at Salt Lake City's premier outdoor progressive food and wine tasting event—Tastemakers. The two-day Tastemakers pass brings you sample tastings from Utah's best restaurants in Salt Lake magazine's exclusive dining pavilion at Gallivan Center Plaza.

Once you've sampled a few things at the plaza, you can then take a culinary stroll for a taste of downtown Salt Lake's destination restaurants.

Silver: Baby octopus and wilted greens topped with a spicy orange vanilla vinaigrette.
Edge: Grilled Niman Ranch Lamb T-Bone Chop garnished with local Utah cherry-jalapeño jam, honey comb, and freshly grated horseradish.
The Farm: Rabbit Panzella served with rabbit confit, carrot bread, roots, herbs, greens, local feta mousse and cipolinni dressing
