Loaded Bahn mi sandos, a brunchy rice bowl with spam and eggs—do your next hangover a favor and savor that goodness with a chrysanthemum-pomegranate daiquiri or boozy Vietnamese coffee—or his mom’s eponymous eggrolls dipped in house-made fish sauce.
