As recently featured in The New York Post, former NYC James Beard chefs, Galen Zamarra of Yuta in Park City and Zakary Pelaccio of Fish & Game in Hudson, NY will host Chefs & Conversation moderated by man-about-town ParkCityGuy, Cabot Woolley. The discussion will tell lively stories of working in NYC kitchens, chef owned restaurants and deciding to leave NYC for greener pastures. Chef Zakary will host a book signing post-discussion. This evening also kicks off Yuta’s new weekly dinner special- Hacienda Night at Blue Sky. The Hacienda Night will feature a weekly rotation of authentic Mexican specialties served family style in Yuta and Yuta’s Bar. In the warmer months, they will offer this with a chefs table on the outside deck. The hacienda menu will be $45 per person (plus tax/ grat). Specialty Vida tequila drinks and full bar available at regular prices.
