Renowned Qi Gong Master Lee Holden, regularly featured on PBS, will lead an all-levels Qi Gong workshop to help participants energize their bodies, calm their minds and lift their spirits.

Qi Gong is easy to learn and integrate, with immediate benefits, whether a senior, a fitness buff, a corporate mogul or a student.  In addition to toning and stretching the body, it helps to relieve stress, boost the immune, respiratory and cardiovascular systems and increase the body's innate healing abilities.

Participants will learn to:

  • Transform stress into vitality
  • Understand the true cause of aging from an energy healing perspective
  • Boost internal energy
  • Discover the five essential flowing exercises for health and longevity
