Description
Offered in partnership with Play-Well TEKnologies
LEGOs, engineering, family…what could be more fun? Participants will explore the endless creative possibilities of the LEGO® building system, along with fundamental engineering principles, under the guidance of an experienced Play-Well instructor. The skills practiced will boost your child’s confidence, creativity and ability to collaborate—all while making lasting memories. Please note that participants will take apart all LEGO® creations at the end of the session and will not keep any of the LEGO® bricks. We encourage you to bring non-valuable cameras to take pictures. No unattended children, adults must be accompanied by a child.
This course will provide a supportive environment for girls to build engineer-designed projects such as skyscrapers, bridges, mazes, and motorized cars. Geared towards girls in 4th – 6th grade and their adult/chaperone.
