Introducing Chef’s Table, an exclusive dining experience at Utah’s top restaurants.
Finca is a Spanish-inspired restaurant, serving Spanish tapas and updated Spanish dishes, inspired by the many regions of Spain and the local and sustainable ingredients of Utah. The word “Finca” means rural or agricultural estate in Spanish, and many small production wineries in Spain use “Finca” in their name to refer to wine made from grapes grown on their single-estate property.
Finca is excited to partner with Salt Lake Magazine for a Taste of Northern Spain at Finca. Start the meal off with bite sized appetizers called “Pintxos” made popular in San Sebastian and of course some thinly shaved Jamon Serrano. Then sit back and enjoy plate after plate of seasonal tapas like Grilled Octopus, Sizzling Garlic Shrimp, Braised Beef Stuffed Piquillo Peppers, Vadouvan Spiced Cauliflower and Pork Belly Croquetas. Should you need some assistance with our all Spanish wine list or pairing one of our house made tonics and artisan gin with a Tapa, our sommelier Wayne Marshall with be on hand as your expert guide.
