Scandinavian Heritage Festival
EPHRAIM—The annual Scandinavian Heritage Festival, celebrating the Scandinavian pioneers who settled Ephraim and dozens of other towns in Central Utah, will be Friday, May 26 and Saturday, May 27 (Memorial Day weekend).
The festival includes the Scandinavian Heritage Conference (a half-day educational event), historic bus tours, a smorgasbord dinner, an ebleskiver breakfast, a parade with many townspeople in Scandinavian costumes, storytelling and entertainment.
Most events are on or adjacent to the Snow College campus in Ephraim. For more information, visitscandinavianfestival.org or call the PR chairwoman for the event, Suzanne Dean, at (801) 541-3181.
