Description
Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is offering a monthly free yoga class at the Hyatt Regency Sundance Terrace with unobstructed views of the Wasatch Mountains and the downtown skyline in the light of the setting sun.
Available on Sunday, August 13 from 7pm – 8pm MDT, the event is organized by Salt Lake Power Yoga. This dynamic, heated class draws from Baptiste yoga, focusing on balanced movement, strength, and breath. Participants can experience reduced stress, weight loss, enhanced focus, and more.
Participants are encouraged to join Sunday Sunset Salutation by arriving 10-15 minutes early with their yoga mats, water and fellow yogis. The free yoga class can be booked on Eventbrite.
