Farm to Glass: Alamexo

We’re offering snapshots of the libations competing in Salt Lake magazine’s annual Farm to Glass Cocktail Contest, here’s Alamexo’s cocktail.


Melocotón y Mora

  • 1.5 oz High West American Prairie Bourbon
  • ½ oz crème de cassis
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 4 blackberries
  • Spoonful of chopped peach
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • Rocks glass, Lime garnish

Muddle bourbon with blackberries and peaches. Add lime juice and crème de cassis. Place everything in shaker with ice and shake. Add to rocks glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime.
