Potawatame Sour

  • 1.5 High West Double Rye
  • .75 fresh plum  & ginger puree (plums from our Bistro garden tree)
  • .5 housemade sour ( with Catchin A Buzz Honey)

Top with Ginger Pok Pok and garnish with fresh plum and sour candied ginger.
