We’re offering snapshots of the libations competing in Salt Lake magazine’s annual Farm to Glass Cocktail Contest, here’s Finca’s cocktail.


This Is The Place Punch

  • 1.5 oz Antelope Island Rum
  • 0.75 oz Plum Cordial
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz house made walnut orgeat
  • 0.25 oz cinnamon syrup

Garnish with toasted sage, cinnamon, and vanilla bean.
