Jack Rabbit Beet Down

  • 1.5 oz Beehive Jack Rabbit Gin
  • .4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • .05 oz red beet juice
  • .05 oz cucumber juice
  • .25 oz lemon juice
  • .25 oz 1:1 simple syrup
  • muddled mint

Shake well and double strain into chilled coupe with candied ginger rim.
