Jack Rabbit Beet Down
- 1.5 oz Beehive Jack Rabbit Gin
- .4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- .05 oz red beet juice
- .05 oz cucumber juice
- .25 oz lemon juice
- .25 oz 1:1 simple syrup
- muddled mint
Shake well and double strain into chilled coupe with candied ginger rim.
